1. Sponsor and eligibility
The WeRV 7-Night Escape Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by WeRV Inc., 41491 E. Florida Avenue, Suite D, Hemet, CA 92544 (“Sponsor”). Giveaway questions: (951) 289-0755. Open to natural persons who are legal residents of California and at least 25 years old when they enter. Void outside California and where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, anyone administering this Sweepstakes, and their spouses, parents, children, siblings and household members are not eligible.
The promotion is presented in connection with a sheriff-organized event for sheriffs and their families. Event attendance, paid admission, a badge and government employment are not required to enter online. Sponsor states that the organizer permits the giveaway. Organizer permission does not replace any applicable personal ethics, employer or reporting obligations. Public employees must be able to lawfully accept their prizes. No prize is offered in exchange for an official act, procurement decision or endorsement. The event context does not imply that a government agency endorses WeRV. An entrant who cannot lawfully accept a prize may decline it, and an alternate will be selected under Section 5.
2. Entry period, entry form and free account
The revised entry window is October 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time through October 19, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time, with the closing instant excluded. Entry will not be accepted until these revised Rules are published. Sponsor’s server time determines timely receipt. All valid entries received under the earlier published rules remain recorded and eligible; they do not need to re-enter and do not receive extra entries. The revision extends the original closing deadline without reducing the promised prizes.
Visit https://www.wervtogether.com/giveaway during the Entry Period and submit your legal name, email address, California ZIP code, eligibility confirmation and acceptance of these Rules. A phone number and administrative-text permission are optional. No sign-in, completed account, payment card, purchase, booking or paid membership is required to submit the entry form. One valid entry per eligible person for the entire promotion. Account creation by itself is not a giveaway entry. Entry is recorded when Sponsor successfully receives the form and displays the entry confirmation.
Sponsor sends a confirmation email containing a link to finish a free My WeRV account, with previously submitted information prefilled. A completed free account is required to receive and use an awarded prize, and selected winners must complete it during the claim and verification process in Section 5. Account completion does not create a second entry. Existing free-account holders may use their account. No marketing consent, social follow, share, tag, referral or survey is required. Neither purchases nor marketing consent affect eligibility or odds.
Automated bulk entries, false identities, duplicate-person entries and deliberate circumvention are prohibited. A shared household, terminal, device or network is not by itself grounds for rejection. A shared event terminal must clear the prior entrant’s information after submission. Entrants must receive the same Rules, deadline and optional-consent choices as online entrants.
3. Grand prize: seven-night RV experience
One grand-prize winner receives seven consecutive rental nights in one eligible RV from WeRV’s rental fleet. The winner may select a travel trailer, fifth wheel or motorhome experience that is available, suitable for the proposed trip and compatible with applicable operating and protection requirements. A specific model, date or destination is not guaranteed. This is a rental experience, not ownership of an RV or an unrestricted travel allowance.
Sponsor pays the seven nightly rental charges, ordinary cleaning and preparation, required base rental insurance/protection, and applicable rental taxes on the included charges. The unit’s included rental expenses are covered; Sponsor will not impose a mandatory preparation, ordinary cleaning, base-protection or rental-tax charge to claim or use those included services. Optional protection upgrades are not included. No prize notification, processing or release fee is required.
Estimated approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is $3,000 for a higher-value eligible RV experience, including covered rental charges. This is Sponsor’s good-faith estimate, not a verified date-specific quote or a $3,000 cash or spending credit. Seven nights at the stated highest nightly rate of approximately $250 equal $1,750 before covered fees and taxes. Actual retail value depends on the selected RV, dates and included charges; it may be lower. The prize remains the seven-night experience described here, and no cash is paid for a difference between estimated and actual value.
Pickup and return are at WeRV in Hemet, California, arranged through Sponsor at (951) 289-0755. The winner is responsible for travel to and from WeRV and for destination expenses, including campsite or resort reservations, event admission, food and fuel. Optional delivery/retrieval, campsite setup, upgrades, extra nights and other requested add-ons are excluded unless Sponsor expressly provides them at no charge. Required unit expenses stated as included above cannot be relabeled as optional extras.
For a motorhome experience, 700 miles are included for the seven-night prize. Additional miles are not included and cost $0.47 per mile. No motorhome mileage charge applies to a towable RV. The towing vehicle and its fuel are not included. Sponsor will handle the prize’s ordinary rental security arrangement without requiring an out-of-pocket security deposit from the winner. The winner remains responsible for damage, prohibited use, excess mileage and other charges caused by their use under the rental agreement; the absence of a deposit does not eliminate that responsibility.
The winner must book and complete the seven-night experience by October 15, 2027. All reservations require advance confirmation and are subject to eligible inventory. Holiday and special-event periods may be unavailable because of blackout restrictions or booked inventory; do not make nonrefundable destination plans before Sponsor confirms the RV reservation. These Rules do not promise availability for a particular holiday or event. Sponsor will work with the winner on available alternative dates and RVs. If Sponsor cannot provide a usable eligible seven-night experience within the redemption period, Sponsor must arrange a reasonable extension or an equal-or-greater-value substitute; ordinary unavailability cannot be used to nullify the award.
All drivers and towing operators must hold valid licenses and meet the selected RV’s applicable licensing, towing-capacity and protection requirements. The winner must be a participant in the reservation but may designate a qualified accompanying driver or towing operator. If an entrant age 25 does not personally satisfy a motorhome provider’s driving requirements, Sponsor will arrange an eligible alternative RV experience with a qualified operator; driving qualification is not a concealed additional entry-age condition. A fifth wheel requires a suitable tow vehicle and hitch or separately arranged delivery. The rental agreement may address safe operation, care, damage and optional charges but may not reduce the prize inclusions promised by these Rules.
4. Second prize: standard Adventure Pass
One second-prize winner receives a standard WeRV Adventure Pass for 12 months, ARV $250. This is the standard Adventure Pass, not the Founders Pass. Awarded benefits: 25% off eligible trailer and motorhome nightly rental charges; 15% off eligible itemized service labor, capped at $100 per work order; and 10% off eligible in-stock parts and accessories, capped at $50 per purchase. Discounts do not stack and exclude taxes, deposits, protection, preparation, fuel, campsite costs and excluded add-ons. Parts discounts exclude tax, shipping, delivery and excluded products. Eligible inventory and booking/service terms apply.
The pass does not provide a free rental, unlimited motorhome mileage or free delivery. Standard mileage rules apply. The awarded year begins when Sponsor activates the prize after verification. There is no membership charge for the awarded year and no automatic paid renewal. For a winner with an active standard pass, the awarded 12 months will be added after the existing standard-pass expiration. See https://www.wervtogether.com/Adventure-Season-Pass/ for plan information. These Rules control the free award and the stated prize benefits; later website edits do not diminish them.
The combined estimated ARV of the two prizes is $3,250. Two prizes will be awarded subject to eligible participation and verification, without a minimum-entry, sales or membership-purchase threshold. No cash redemption, resale or unrestricted transfer. An equal-or-greater-value substitute may be provided only if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent promised fulfillment, consistent with applicable law. Winners are responsible for their applicable personal income taxes; Sponsor performs legally required reporting and requests tax documentation securely only when necessary. Rental taxes covered by the grand prize are separate from a winner’s personal income-tax responsibility. Do not submit a Social Security number with an entry.
5. Drawing, verification and October 21 announcement
After entries close October 19 and before the announcement target October 21, Sponsor will randomly select a provisional grand-prize winner from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, then a provisional second-prize winner from the remaining valid entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance in the applicable drawing. Odds depend on the number of valid eligible entries. Each person may win one prize, except that if only one eligible person enters, that person will receive both prizes. If no eligible entries are received, no eligible winner can be selected.
Sponsor will notify selected winners promptly after the provisional drawing by the email address provided at entry and, if a phone number and administrative-text authorization were provided, by text to that number. Notifications are subject to eligibility verification. The public announcement target is October 21, 2026 at noon Pacific Daylight Time. Only verified winners who have consented to promotional publication will be named. If verification is incomplete, Sponsor will publish a factual status update and announce verified, consented winners later; the target does not shorten the claim or verification period. A recipient must respond to Sponsor within five calendar days after receiving the notification and complete their free My WeRV account and reasonable identity, residency, age and prize-acceptance verification within five calendar days after receiving the verification request. Verification does not require a purchase, marketing opt-in or public testimonial. Publicity consent is optional.
Sponsor will attempt both authorized contact channels if available. A failed or opted-out text alone does not invalidate an entry; email remains available. If a selected entrant is ineligible, declines, does not respond by the deadline, cannot lawfully accept or fails required verification, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate from the applicable remaining eligible entries. Each alternate has five calendar days after notification to respond. Sponsor will document each drawing and alternate selection and continue reasonable efforts to award both prizes. Prize certificates and membership awards will be issued within 30 days after verification; rental redemption remains subject to the disclosed travel deadline.
6. Optional paid offers are separate
Entrants may receive a separate optional paid membership or booking offer if they request it or provide the relevant marketing consent. An offer requiring payment is a discount offer, not a free prize, “third-place win” or indication that an entrant won this Sweepstakes. Buying does not add entries, improve odds or change prize selection. Free entry is completed before any optional checkout. Any paid offer must show its price, benefits, limitations, expiration and refund terms before purchase. No promotional price is promised by these Rules.
7. Communications, privacy and winner information
Sponsor uses entry information to record entries, send the account-registration link, create or maintain the requested free account, verify eligibility, conduct the drawing, contact selected winners and fulfill prizes, under its Privacy Policy at https://www.wervtogether.com/privacy/. Relevant service providers may process information for these purposes. Entry information will not be provided to a sheriff’s department or employer for promotional use. Information may be disclosed where legally required.
Email and text marketing consent must be separately requested, optional and unchecked by default. Administrative prize texts, when authorized, will concern this Sweepstakes only; message and data rates may apply. Participants may reply STOP to stop texts or contact Sponsor for assistance. Stopping texts or declining marketing does not affect eligibility; required notices may still be sent by email. Sponsor will not publish phone numbers, email addresses or identity documents. A winner’s photo, testimonial or promotional appearance is optional and is not a condition of receiving a prize.
After prizes are verified, entrants may request winner names and prizes awarded through Sponsor’s giveaway support at (951) 289-0755 or by mail to Sponsor’s address above, through December 15, 2026. Sponsor will provide legally required winner information while protecting sensitive contact and verification data.
8. Fair administration, liability and applicable law
Sponsor may reject entries supported by documented evidence of ineligibility, fraud, tampering or violation of these Rules. Minor correctable contact errors may be corrected before selection if the entrant’s identity and timely original entry remain verifiable; corrections do not create extra entries. Sponsor will apply entry validation consistently. Sponsor is not responsible for a participant’s incorrect contact information or transmission failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, except as required by law.
If fraud, a material technical failure, natural disaster or a legal requirement makes the Sweepstakes impossible to administer fairly as stated, Sponsor may take a lawful, proportionate corrective action with clear notice. It will preserve unaffected valid entries and, where legally permitted, select and award the advertised prizes from those entries. Sponsor will not cancel merely because participation or sales are lower than expected, retroactively shorten the Entry Period or reduce promised prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, participants release Sponsor and its administrators from claims arising solely from participants’ own misuse of a prize or violation of these Rules. This provision does not waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including fraud, willful misconduct or rights protected by applicable consumer law. California law applies, subject to any mandatory law and lawful jurisdiction requirements. Nothing in these Rules requires arbitration or waives nonwaivable legal rights.
If promoted on Facebook or Instagram, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms. To the extent permitted by law, participants release Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from this Sweepstakes; Sponsor, not those platforms, receives entry information. No social-platform activity is required to enter. These Official Rules govern; an abbreviated advertisement does not expand or reduce the prizes or eligibility.
