Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, trip details, RV details, ZIP code, uploaded content, and messages. If WeRV creates a customer account for you, the account may also contain rental dates, vehicle and reservation references, pickup or delivery details, payment summaries, membership status, and customer-visible trip updates. We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction data.
How we use information
We use information to answer questions, prepare estimates, support rentals and private-party services, provide and secure customer accounts, manage owner inquiries, improve the website, prevent misuse, and communicate about a request you made. Booking and payment information submitted through a connected checkout is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, authentication, database, communications, analytics, booking, payments, or related customer services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or WeRV, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Account security
Customer and staff passwords are created and reset through secure email links. WeRV staff should not ask you to disclose your password. Keep account credentials private and contact WeRV promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
Texts, calls, and email
If you give permission, WeRV may contact you about the specific rental, RV, estimate, or program you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can ask us to stop marketing texts by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. No online system is completely secure, but WeRV uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also opt out of promotional communications at any time.
