What does the host fee apply to?
Your written trip quote identifies the rental subtotal used to calculate the host fee. Review that amount and the itemized charges before accepting the booking. Protection, taxes and other trip costs are listed separately.
How do I request the 5% new guest rate?
Use the owner hosted request form and select “Yes, independently sourced” under “New guest ready to book?” Tell WeRV before the guest makes a reservation. We verify that you introduced a new customer, confirm trip eligibility and record the 5% host fee in the written quote before payment.
Which trips qualify for the new guest offer?
The offer applies to a new owner hosted reservation with a guest you independently introduce to WeRV. The guest must be new to WeRV when you refer them. Existing WeRV customers, customers introduced by WeRV and existing reservations retain their applicable terms. We confirm the guest, RV and trip before approving the offer.
Does the 5% rate apply to every future trip?
The 5% offer is for the qualifying trip recorded in your quote. Each later booking uses the fee confirmed for that reservation.
How does this work with an approved 10% host rate?
An approved host can receive the 10% rate under their written eligibility terms. A qualifying new guest trip can receive the lower 5% rate. One host fee applies to the trip.
Does this change my managed fleet agreement?
Your managed fleet agreement controls your revenue share, service responsibilities and payout schedule. These owner hosted rates apply to the separate program where you prepare the RV, meet the guest and handle the return.
When do I receive my rental payout?
Your owner agreement and booking record set the payout schedule and required release steps. Check My WeRV for your rental statements and recorded payments, or contact the team about a specific trip. Bank processing time is separate from the payout release date.
