WeRV provides the customer quote and invoice. Parts, travel beyond the confirmed service area, unusual access, and work outside this scope are itemized and approved before they are billed. We do not authorize a vendor to add work to your bill without your consent.

RV length is requested only on services whose published price changes with exterior or roof size. Diagnostics, repairs, appliance work, axle service and other job-based services do not use length to set the price. Travel, parts, extra work, taxes and access or condition changes appear in the written WeRV total before approval. Adventure Pass: 15% off eligible itemized service labor, up to $100 per approved work order, plus 10% off eligible in-stock parts and accessories, up to $50 per purchase. Materials, travel, tax and unallocated packages are excluded; discounts do not stack.
How the visit works
- Tell us the RV, its location and the condition or symptom.
- WeRV confirms the scope, provider, access and complete price before scheduling.
- Review the documented work and pay WeRV; any additional work requires your approval.
A diagnostic may identify several possible repairs. The first hour documents findings; any further diagnostic time or repair is priced and approved separately. Urgent safety or gas concerns should be handled by an appropriately qualified professional.
