A motorhome buyer needs to understand both the living space and the vehicle. Give each part a clear place in your listing.
Start My ListingConfirm the complete year, make, model and floorplan. Identify the chassis and engine only from records you can verify. Show the actual cab, sleeping areas, kitchen, bathroom, storage and outside compartments.
Take an odometer photo and state when it was captured. Explain known maintenance and repair history using your records. Generator hours are a separate reading; do not describe them as engine mileage.
Separate chassis service from house-system work. A service receipt, a systems demonstration and an inspection report answer different questions. State the scope and date of any report and identify anything that remains unknown.
Agree on the viewing location, access and any proposed inspection before the buyer travels. You decide whether and how to arrange a drive or demonstration under the applicable requirements and your own coverage. A marketplace request alone does not authorize vehicle use.
